Meeting Minutes Powerhouse ("we," "our," or "the app") is a tool for PTA, PTO, and parent group administrators to create, store, manage, and export meeting minutes. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Your name and email address when you register.
• Meeting minutes content: The meeting details, notes, motions, reports, and attachments you create and save.
• Group branding: Organization name, logo, and brand colors you configure for your group.
• Payment information: Subscription transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles payment data securely.
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how the app is used to improve features and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your meeting minutes and group workspace.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To send service-related notifications (such as account or billing updates).
• To improve the app's features, performance, and user experience.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers that help run the app — such as Stripe for payment processing and our hosting/database provider for storing your minutes. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Data Security

Access to your meeting minutes is protected by row-level security so that only you, your group members, and authorized administrators can view or manage your group's records. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your Rights

• Access & export: You can view and export your meeting minutes at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete individual meeting records or permanently delete your account from the Settings page.
• Subscription management: You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.

Children's Privacy

This app is intended for adult parent group administrators and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
