Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Meeting Minutes Powerhouse ("the app," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Each user belongs to one group, capped at five members per group.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to access another group's data or disrupt the app's operation.
  • Upload content that infringes the rights of others.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the meeting minutes and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate the app for you.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • The Powerhouse Annual Plan includes a 60-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial.
  • After the trial, your first year is $30, then $25 for every annual renewal thereafter for as long as you stay subscribed.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal.
  • Refunds are handled at our discretion; cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.

Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important records.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
